Do I need property experience?

You do not need experience to start the conversation. Tell us about your background and we will explain the current requirements and the training available.

Do I need to be registered?

Real estate negotiators in Malaysia must be registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEA). We will explain the current registration steps.

How does commission work?

Negotiators are paid on commission. Ask us for the current written terms, eligibility conditions and payment process before you decide.
